Santini Bar and Grill wins a gold plate award for best European Restaurant. Cape Mentelle X Santini Dinner SOLD OUT.  

July 2021 

Andrew gets promoted to Executive Chef at QT Hotel Perth after Nic Wood leaves. Here he controls multiple outlets within the hotel. Santini Restaurant, Santini Bar, Rooftop Bar, Function Rooms, QT Cafe, and Room Service. 

December 2020

Joins QT Perth as Chef de Cuisine to work alongside Nic Wood.  

October 2020

Andrew moves to Western Australia with his family. 

April 2020

During the first Covid19 lockdown Andrew joins Meatsmith on a 6 week work stint.
