Andrew assists Ross Lusted in a dinner event for 60 executives at the InterContinental Hotel, Sydney. A degustation menu of Cured ocean trout, Truffled artichoke, Seared swordfish, Roast Venison and Aerated Passionfruit. The evening was a complete success with the help from the InterContinental team of chefs and both Andrew and Ross.

Andrew moves to The Bridge Room restaurant after Selah's lease is unexpectedly cut short and closes.

Andrew took part in filming a short cooking film for ProjectExplorer.org, ProjectExplorer.org was founded in 2003 by Jenny M. Buccos to bring the world into the classroom with free multimedia content and lesson plans that improve students’ global awareness and cross cultural understanding.

Andrew contruibuted 2 recipes towards a charity cookbook "Eat Happy" for The Black Dog Institute, research pioneers in mental health and well being.

Andrew's new menu helps Selah win 'Diners Choice' award on Dimmi.

Andrew moves to Sydney after securing the head chef position at 'Selah Restaurant', 12 Loftus Street, Circular Quay. Selah is currently 10th best restaurant in Sydney on TripAdvisor out of 3500 restaurants.

November 2012

Andrew settles in Melbourne and starts work the 'The Point' restaurant in Albert Park. Helping executive chef Justin Wise with Taste of Melbourne and everyday running of the kitchen.

 

October 2012

Andrew leaves Rhodes Twenty Four as Head Chef to pursue a career move to Australia.

Andrew is the star attraction at a charity dinner organised by Oxjam Islington. The event is sell out and raised over $8000 for Oxjam. The most successful to date.

Rhodes Twenty Four retains its 1 Michelin Star with Andrew as Head Chef.

Andrew is a finalist at the British BBQ Championship held at Taste of London.
